I was never good with gardens.
Rather, I’d watch others,
fearing mine would never flourish;
never grow to its potential.
I dreamed of lush greenery,
and beds of colorful flowers.
But I’d quit before I’d start.
Hands kept in my pockets,
holding onto doubt
and hiding thumbs green with envy.
No skill here, I’d say.
My gardener’s dream dying
by the minute
after watching too many darkened leaves
crumple and fall to the ground.
But the master gardener revives me
with his wisdom daily,
giving me courage to keep on.

Trust yourself more than you do, have faith that the gaps will be filled in for you. 🙂 This is how I have filled my own garden. 😉
Thank you so much for the encouragement. Everyday I’m working to have more faith and trust.
