But don’t you know who you are,
What’s been done for you?
Yeah don’t you know who you are?

You are more than the choices that you’ve made,
You are more than the sum of your past mistakes,
You are more than the problems you create,
You’ve been remade.

(From “You Are More” by Tenth Avenue North)

Come now, let us settle the matter,” says the LORD. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool. (Isaiah 1:18)

  1. I’m one happy “remade” person… “redeemed”, “restored”, “reloved” and “reborn”. If it hadn’t been for that I would have been forever “rebuked” and “revengeful”. “Re…” focused on God can be a good thing.
